Is your company locally registered ?

Yes, we are a Singapore registered company, the details as follow :- Business Registeration No: 28333200W , Registered Address : 8 Burn Road , #08-02/03, Trivex, Singapore 369977. Aries Marketing Services - an online sales company is owned and managed by Yeo Beng Hock ( Mr ).


Do your company has a physical store / sales outlet where can we visit to buy your products?

We don't have a physical store , we sell solely online. You can place your orders ( request for online invoice ) via our website - or call us or whatsapp +65-81337251 to place your orders.


Do your company stock goods locally?

All our stocks are ex store Singapore and can be collected immediately within 20min notification. They are all packed and ready for shipping within one day notice.


Do you give further discount from your listed "Buy Now" prices

Sorry, we do not offer any further discount from our listed "Buy Now" prices


How do I go about making payment ?

On receipt of our email online invoice and our bank account details, please proceed to make pre-shipment payment transfer via Paylah,PayNow, ATM , iBank, or cheque deposit . For Overseas buyers, we will issuse a PayPal generated online invoice.


Once I have transfer the payment , when will you ship the goods ?

For buyers within Singapore , on receipt of your payments, we will try to ship the goods on the same working day via AM Mail, Registered Mail, Smartpac or Speedpost depending on the packing volumetric size. As scheduled , the goods should arrive at your mailing address within two to three working days. For overseas buyers, we will ship goods via registered parcel or speedpost courier depending on the goods volumetric sizes.


Do your shipment come with tracking number ?

We will email / whatsapp shipmment advice and delivery / tracking number & packing photos on the day of shipping.


Can I just call or whatsapp my orders and collect the goods on the same day.

Yes, we accept telephone call or whatsapp orders and you can do the collection at meet-up location on schedule date and time.- location as per our . Payment is strictly Cash on Collection or via PayLah or PayNow

Do your products come with local warranty?

Our local warranty against manufacturing defects is for four weeks from the date of reciept of goods. For more details please refer to our Sales Terms and Conditions. We will replace the faulty returned goods with another brand new unit or refund 100% of the payment to you.

Can your company accepts Cheque or Cash on Delivery?

Our third party delivery agent don't do payment collection on our behalf. You will have to do a pre-shipment payment via ATM Transfer /Cash Deposit, Internet Banking, Quick cheques deposit , PayLah, PayNow Payment Transfer.


I am staying / working very near to your registered office, can I go over to pick up my order.

Please don't visit our registered office as there will be one available to help you. Call us to make collection at meet-up location on schedule date and time.

I urgently need the goods within the next few days, can you meet my schedule?

We will try to ship the goods on the same working day we received your payment. All goods will be delivered to your mailing address within two to three working days from date of shipping. Alternatively , you can do the collection on appointed date and time - at meet-up location

I need more close-up photographs and information on the product that I wish to purchase. Can you provide the extra information?

Base on your request, we will try to email / whatsapp the extra details and information to you not later than one working day.


I am a vistor to Singapore , can you do delivery to my hotel ?

Delivery via Singpost can be arranged to your hotel only after we receive your payment transfer via PayPal , Paylah ,PayNow, local ATM or ibank transfer.Alternatively you can arrange with us to meet up at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station. Details meet up location map will be emailed or whatsapp to you ..


I am from another countries, how do I make payment.

For order less than s$1,000.00 please make payment via PayPal. We will accept T/T ( wire transfer ) only when the total amount is more than s$1,000.00


How do you ship your goods to overseas customers ?

For small items they are shipped via Singpost as Registered Mail. For large and heavy goods thay are shipped via Speedpost International Air Parcel or EMS. All shipping charges are for buyer's account. There is No Handling Charges.
