• Purchase confirmation: Will accept purchase order confirmations via SMS & telephone calls (applicable only to regular customers ) and for first time buyer please e-mail your order.
• Pre-Shipment Payment: Via eBank/ ATM Transfer /Personal/Company quick deposit cheque or Paypal
• Shipment & Handling: Within the same or next working day after receipt of payment. All shipment to Singapore mailing address will be via either Speedpost, Smartpac , Ta Q Bin,Smartpac Courier or AM Mail.
• Warranty: 14 days from date of receipt of goods.Warranty will be null and avoid if the product is misused, abused, modified or worn-out due to improper usage.Buyer will have to bear the cost of return shipment.

Shipment will NOT proceed if the payment made is LESS than the total amount quoted or as per our online invoice.Our Preferred Payment for International buyers is via Paypal .Other payment modes in the form of T/T (Wire Transfer ) will be considered unless the total purchase is more than of s$1,000.00 or more per order.
• Shipment & Handling: Within the same or next working day after receipt of full payment. Goods are normally ship via either Registered Air Mail or Air Parcel and for those who need the goods urgently, dispatch by Speedpost Worlwide Courier or EMS Speedpost Courier can be arranged.The extra charges for courier services will be for buyer's account. Proof of shipment will be emailed to buyer on the shipment date.
